Job Summary The RDM is the primary client contact and leads a team of 70 associates, including 8 managers. Monday–Friday operation provides Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner, and Catering services. The role oversees all aspects of the account, ensuring strong client partnerships and operational and financial performance. Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:00am–5:00pm.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and develop a large team to deliver consistent, high‑quality service while driving performance in profitability, safety, compliance, and engagement.

Build and maintain strong client relationships, support retention, and identify growth opportunities.

Participate in district leadership discussions to share best practices, address risks, champion diversity, and support community engagement.

Make informed decisions that balance risk, reward, and long‑term impact, incorporating input from team members and partners.

Foster a culture of transparency, communication, safety, accountability, and continuous improvement.

Serve as a visible representative of the organization at client and community events.

Oversee safety, marketing, nutrition, and culinary functions to ensure all standards and regulations are met.

Ensure compliance with local, state, federal, and company policies; conduct audits to maintain sanitation, food storage, and operational best practices.

Manage all required reporting for meal and retail programs.

Lead talent development, performance evaluations, and succession planning with a strong understanding of all operational roles.

Own the financial performance of the account, including accuracy in reporting, forecasting, and budgeting.

Ensure consistent and fair application of all company policies and procedures.

Preferred Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree and at least three years of management experience in food service, hospitality, or related support services.

Proven success in food service management with strong operational, client service, and financial leadership.

Strong initiative, critical thinking, communication, multitasking, prioritization, and organizational skills.

Inclusive, proactive, professional, and resilient leadership style.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and POS systems.

Occasional travel required.
