to join our expanding
Ambulatory Neurosciences
program—Delaware’s largest employed outpatient neurology group. We have multiple opportunities available, including:
Ambulatory Neurosciences: Neurology Specialist – Newark, DE
Ambulatory Neurosciences: Neurology Specialist – Rehoboth Beach, DE
Outpatient Neurology Specialist, Neuromuscular
Outpatient Neurology Specialist, Movement Disorders
These positions are full‑time, outpatient roles with no stroke call and the opportunity to tailor a significant portion of your practice to General Neurology, Neuromuscular Medicine, Movement Disorders, or Headache Medicine. Some positions may include rotations to Elkton, MD; Whitehall, DE; or Wilmington, DE.

ChristianaCare’s Neuroscience Service Line is one of the most comprehensive on the East Coast, offering:
A robust inpatient neuro‑hospitalist service
Comprehensive Stroke Center
Neurocritical Care Unit
Neuro‑interventional surgical services & neurosurgery
A large multispecialty ambulatory practice with:
18 Board-Certified Neurologists (including 2 Pediatric Neurologists)
8 Advanced Practice Providers
7 Clinical Nurses
Full-time Social Worker
Embedded Psychologist
Embedded Specialty Pharmacy & Pharmacist
Dedicated EMG tech (with program expansion underway)
Our outpatient model is physician‑led and nurse‑coordinated, using dedicated care teams consisting of physicians, APCs, nurses, office assistants, and MAs.
Practice Highlights:
Flexibility to build a subspecialty-focused practice—Neuromuscular, Movement Disorders, or Headache
Blocked EMG time available
Ability to perform Botox, nerve blocks, and other procedures if desired
1:5 weekend call
with no stroke call
Strong APC coverage during weekdays
Opportunity for involvement in medical student and resident education
Highly collaborative multispecialty team environment
New and growing opportunities across Newark, Elkton, Whitehall, Wilmington & Rehoboth Beach
Compensation & Benefits:
Competitive base salary + incentives + sign‑on bonus
Eligibility for Public Service Loan Forgiveness (PSLF)
