Azure Data Engineer
- Infosys is looking for an Azure Data Engineer with deep expertise in Azure, Databricks, and SQL to lead the design, development, and optimization of scalable data pipelines and analytics solutions.
Responsibilities include collaborating with Product Owners, Data Engineers, Analysts, and other stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver solutions in an entrepreneurial culture where teamwork is encouraged, excellence is rewarded, and diversity is valued.
Required Qualifications:
Candidate must be located within commuting distance of Raleigh, NC; Charlotte, NC; Atlanta, GA; or Richmond, VA, or be willing to relocate to the area. This position may require travel within the US.
Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Three years of progressive experience in the specialty may be considered in lieu of every year of education.

At least 4 years of Information Technology experience.
Extensive hands‑on experience in Azure.
Hands‑on experience in Databricks and Snowflake.
Experience in Python, SQL, and Oracle.
Strong knowledge of modern data warehouse architecture and data modeling.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience working in Agile environments.
Strong experience with PySpark, Scala, and Airflow.
Experience in project development lifecycle activities and maintenance/support.
Ability to translate requirements into technical solutions meeting quality standards.
Collaboration skills in diverse environments to identify and resolve data issues.
Strong communication, problem‑solving, and analytical abilities.
Experience in global delivery environments.
Commitment to staying current with industry trends in modern data warehousing.
