Home Health
organization. They have a current opening for a
Branch Director
for their location in the
Bergen County, NJ area . This person will manage operations, financials, clinical performance, census growth, and help to create a positive culture. Clinical and non-clinical candidates will be considered. Local candidates only. Branch Director Job Requirements
Skilled Home Health, Private Duty Home Care, or Personal Care leadership experience. Knowledge of Medicaid, Private Insurance, Private Pay rules and regulations. Bachelor’s degree preferred. Connections with referral sources in the local market. Branch Director Job Responsibilities
Oversee day-to-day branch operations including financials. Ensure compliance with all state and federal regulations. Hire, train, mentor, motivate, and retain staff. Grow census. The compensation scale listed is a general salary range and is not intended to represent the actual annual or hourly compensation rate for this role. An offer will be made to the selected candidate at the conclusion of the interview process based on their relevant experience and the responsibilities of the position.
