About this role As a Primary Care Physician, you will work with a team of healthcare professionals committed to providing quality care and an excellent patient experience.

In this role, you will serve as an outpatient‑only Primary Care Physician in the Downtown extension of our larger fully integrated Clinic.

Position includes a $25,000 starting bonus, up to $20,000 in relocation assistance, a $1,500/month residency stipend for PG2 and PGY3, and up to $100,000 in student loan repayment when applicable.

You will practice at Patterson Primary Care Clinic in Grand Junction, Colorado.

Your clinic days are flexible – 4–10 hour days.

1.0 FTE, 36 patient contact hours in 4–10 hour days.

Practice call is currently 1:18 and runs from Wed 7 p‑to‑Wed 7 a. When on call you will be the sole provider for our Saturday acute‑care clinic 8 a‑12 p and one weekday will be cut in half to make up for this time.

Patient load will start at 12–15 patients a day as you establish a patient panel.

Compensation Annual Base Salary:

Family Medicine: $290,000 annually + $50.00/wRVU over 5,800

Internal Medicine: $290,000 annually + $50.00/wRVU over 5,400

Quality Incentive:

up to $15,000 annually.

What you’ll bring

MD or DO degree from a fully accredited medical or osteopathic school of medicine.

Board certification or eligibility in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine.

Active, unobstructed Colorado medical license, or the ability to obtain one.

BLS certification and DEA.

Ability to successfully complete Intermountain Health’s credentialing process.

Preferred: 2–3 years of experience.
