The Role As Head of Product, you’ll own the product strategy, roadmap, and execution across Kite’s platform; from developer-facing APIs and SDKs to the identity, payment, and governance layers that power agentic interoperability.

You’ll define how AI agents authenticate, transact, and build trust, creating the new infrastructure for “checkout” and “Stripe Connect” moments for AI.

You’ll work side-by-side with the founders and engineering leadership to take the product from infrastructure vision to ecosystem adoption; shaping new standards for autonomous payments, agent safety, and AI economy design.

What You’ll Do

Set Product Vision:

Translate Kite’s mission into a cohesive roadmap connecting infrastructure, developer tools, and ecosystem growth.

Lead Product Strategy:

Prioritize and sequence initiatives spanning identity, payments, attribution, and agent marketplaces.

Design Developer Experience:

Define how developers build on Kite — from SDK ergonomics to onboarding flows and marketplace UX.

Scale from 0→1→N:

Drive validation loops with top agent developers and service providers; prototype, iterate, and harden into production.

Shape Core Standards:

Help shape new primitives for agent-to-agent payments, delegated permissions, and on-chain accountability.

Partner with Founders, Eng, and Ecosystem:

Collaborate closely across teams and with external partners (AI model providers, LLM frameworks, wallets, payment processors).

Build the Product Org:

Grow and mentor a world-class product team as Kite scales from early-stage to network-level adoption.

What You’ll Bring

8+ years in product management, including experience owning platform or infra-level products.

Proven record of shipping developer platforms, payments systems, or AI/ML infrastructure.

Experience driving adoption from 0→1 to scale.

Deep understanding of AI agent ecosystems, LLM orchestration, or developer workflows (SDKs, APIs, CLIs).

Passion for identity, coordination, and payments in AI systems.

Ability to blend strategic clarity with hands-on product execution.

Strategic thinker with a builder’s bias - comfortable moving between high-level vision and hands-on product work.

Clear, precise communication across technical and non-technical audiences.

Based in the San Francisco Bay Area (in-person role).
