Retail Ops & Store Services Manager At Disney Consumer Products, we inspire imagination worldwide and are committed to creating happiness for families and fans by bringing captivating, inspiring, and inclusive products into their daily lives. This Retail Operations & Store Services Manager role oversees store services and facilities, coordinating with external vendors and consultants to ensure high‑quality support for 20 outlets, 2 flagship locations, and field teams across North America. The position safeguards the functionality and structural integrity of store environments and the maintenance of fixtures and fittings in compliance with safety standards.

Job Summary This full‑time role reports to the Senior Manager – Disney Stores, North America, and is responsible for the ongoing maintenance, repair, and operational excellence of our store locations.

What You Will Do

Collaborate with line managers, peers, end users, and other stakeholders to assess and customize maintenance and repair programs, ensuring superior guest service.

Adhere to budgetary requirements while providing a safe estate supported by robust maintenance services for store teams.

Document and oversee the communication process for all maintenance requests, proactively identifying and forecasting challenges, risks, and opportunities.

Evaluate store maintenance and repair needs in accordance with existing construction warranties and contractual obligations.

Identify and engage contractors, consultants, and suppliers; negotiate service agreements and contracts and monitor performance standards.

Lead the team by establishing clear commitments, methodologies, and expectations to drive effective management.

Foster a positive work environment, demonstrate integrity, embrace change, and represent Disney Retail with professionalism.

Build and maintain strategic relationships with key partners, including Store Operations, Retail Field Team, Real Estate, Store Design and Construction, Finance, Health and Safety, Brand & Image, Information Systems, and Loss Prevention.

Required Qualifications & Skills

3‑5 years of experience in an office and professional setting.

Skilled in resolving maintenance and service issues.

Experience managing multiple projects on time and within budget.

Familiar with brick‑and‑mortem retail environments.

Team management or support experience.

Construction process and service knowledge preferred.

Education

Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience.

The base salary for this position in Glendale, CA is $91,000.00 – $121,900.00. A bonus and/or long‑term incentive units may be provided as part of the compensation package, in addition to the full range of medical, financial, and other benefits, dependent on the level and position offered.
