This unique role is designed to reward your leadership and drive for growth with significant financial incentives, allowing you to share directly in the success you help create.
Livewell Animal Hospitals are start‑up hospitals built in partnership between Mission Pet Health and Founding Veterinarians. As a Founding DVM, you can shape, launch, and lead a fully funded hospital built around your medical passions and your community’s needs. The hospitals are designed to reflect the vision of their founders, “not a cookie‑cutter template,” with a concierge‑level commitment to individualized, high‑quality care. You’ll be supported every step of the way, but empowered to practice medicine and lead your team in the best way for you. Each Livewell location is carefully selected based on strong demographic, market, and growth data to give the Founding DVM and hospital the best chance at long‑term success. Livewell Animal Hospitals are built, sparing no expense, with the mission of offering a boutique or concierge‑level client experience. Features include 5 exam rooms, dedicated surgery suites, dedicated dental suite, in‑house labs, Easy Vet PIMS, to name a few! Livewell Animal Hospital of Torrance will be part of a newly remodled shopping center and strategically positioned between Redondo Beach and Torrance, adjacent to the Southwood area. Daytime population within 3 miles is $92 K and average household income is $196 K. If you are an experienced veterinarian with an appetite for professional and/or financial growth, have strong leadership & interpersonal skills, and are passionate about high‑quality care and client experience – this is the perfect opportunity for you.
