Key Responsibilities Leadership & Team Management

Lead, coach, and develop branch personnel to foster a culture of accountability, teamwork, and customer focus.

Conduct regular performance evaluations, mentor staff, and identify training opportunities to promote professional growth.

Create and manage employee schedules to ensure adequate coverage and operational efficiency.

Promote a positive, safe, and engaging work environment aligned with company values.

Operations Management

Oversee all aspects of branch operations, including sales, inventory, customer service, and administrative functions.

Ensure accurate and efficient order processing, billing, inventory control, and replenishment.

Utilize data and performance metrics to monitor branch effectiveness and identify opportunities for improvement.

Maintain compliance with company policies, safety procedures, and operational standards.

Sales & Customer Relations

Drive branch sales performance and market share growth by developing and executing effective sales strategies.

Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, contractors, and vendors to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.

Partner with Territory Managers to share market insights, identify new opportunities, and respond to pricing and competitive trends.

Support the sales team in achieving targets through guidance, coaching, and collaborative planning.

Resolve escalated customer issues promptly and professionally, ensuring positive outcomes.

Financial & Strategic Management

Develop and manage annual business plans, budgets, and forecasts for the branch.

Maintain full P&L accountability, ensuring financial goals and profitability targets are achieved.

Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to guide decision‑making and improve overall efficiency.

Collaborate with regional and corporate leadership to align branch strategies with broader organizational goals.

Community & Vendor Engagement

Represent the company professionally in the community and at industry events.

Build and maintain effective relationships with vendors, suppliers, and partners to identify growth opportunities and resolve issues.

Participate in company meetings, conferences, and training sessions to stay informed of new products, services, and market developments.

Qualifications Education & Experience

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field preferred (equivalent experience will be considered).

3–5 years of experience in HVAC, mechanical, or industrial distribution strongly preferred.

Minimum 2 years of proven management or supervisory experience.

Skills & Competencies

Strong leadership and interpersonal skills with the ability to inspire and motivate teams.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem‑solving abilities.

Strategic thinker with strong business and financial acumen.

Solid understanding of HVAC products, systems, and market trends.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; experience with ERP systems (such as Eclipse or Solar) is a plus.

Demonstrated ability to analyze data, identify trends, and implement effective business solutions.

High integrity, professionalism, and customer service orientation.

Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.

Additional Requirements

Flexibility for minimal travel as business needs require.

Ability to work occasional evenings or weekends to support branch operations or customer needs.
