Clinical Director (BCBA Required)

Take the lead in delivering high‑quality ABA care, coaching and growing BCBAs, and supporting families of children 2–9 as they reach developmental milestones.

Key Responsibilities

Drive clinical quality by training and mentoring BCBAs.

Conduct case reviews, provide targeted coaching, and develop staff through modeling best practices.

Manage caseload assignments and oversee intake processes (tours, assessments, onboarding).

Maintain client progress and use outcome metrics to guide improvements.

Partner with the Practice Manager to foster a positive, team‑first culture.

Qualifications

Master’s degree and current Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification.

Demonstrated skills in setting up and directing ABA programs for children with autism.

Experience supervising and training BCBAs.

Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively.

Requirements

Physical ability to lift and move clients up to 30 pounds, perform kneeling, squatting, crawling, and maintain a 3‑ft distance.

Experience with behavior support plans and curriculum development.

Proficient in data collection and use of electronic systems.

Excellent organizational and time‑management skills.
