Facility in Virginia near DC seeking CRNA locums coverage Rates: $240/hr Opportunity Highlights
- Full-Time Night Schedule: Work 3x12-hour shifts from 7 PM to 7 AM. You must be able to work weekends as part of your schedule.
- Float Pool: This position involves floating between Mary Washington Hospital (a Level II Trauma Center), Stafford Hospital, and the Ambulatory Center.
- Diverse Case Mix: You'll handle a wide variety of cases, including OB, thoracic, EP, vascular, hearts, lungs, healthy pediatrics, ortho, GI, ENT, and more. The only cases excluded are transplants.
- Proficient Skills: You must be proficient in spinals and epidural placement and management. Peds experience is preferred.
- Quick Privileging: The facility will process emergency privileges to ensure a quick start. A clean background is required for this.
- Provide anesthesia care for a wide variety of cases in a Level II Trauma Center and other facilities.
- Perform your own epidurals and spinals.
- Manage the patient's airway and pulmonary status using current practice modalities.
- Collaborate with the surgical, nursing, and perioperative teams to ensure seamless patient care.
- Experience: A minimum of 2 years of experience is REQUIRED. You must have experience in a Level II Trauma Center.
- Licensure: An active Virginia State License is required at the time of submission or must be in the process of being issued.
- Certifications: All certifications (BLS, ACLS, PALS) must be from the American Heart Association (AHA).
- Commitment: Must be able to work full-time, 36 hours per week, and be open to working weekends.
- The target start date is December 15, 2025.
