Mindful Solutions Counseling Collective (MSCC) is a rapidly expanding multi-state telehealth practice providing warm, evidence-based mental health care in NY, NJ, CT, and VT. We are seeking
fully licensed clinicians
in
New Jersey
(LMHC, LPC, LCSW, LMFT, PsyD/PhD or equivalent) who value autonomy, flexibility, and clinical excellence within a supportive group structure. As an independent contractor with MSCC, your primary focus is delivering high-quality therapy — we handle referrals, systems, and infrastructure so you can do your best work without administrative overload. Responsibilities • Provide individual telehealth psychotherapy (optional couples/family work) • Conduct intakes, create treatment plans, and maintain clinical documentation • Complete notes and compliance documentation within 48 hours in SimplePractice • Utilize evidence-based modalities aligned with your strengths (CBT, ACT, DBT, EFT, psychodynamic, trauma-informed, etc.) • Follow MSCC risk escalation policy when clinically indicated • Maintain active independent licensure and strong ethical standards • Optional case-consultation, peer connection, and future supervision roles Qualifications • Master’s or doctoral degree in a mental health discipline • Independent clinical license in
NJ • Skilled in treating common concerns: anxiety, depression, trauma, adjustment, etc. • Telehealth-confident with competence using EHR systems • Reliable private workspace + secure internet for HIPAA-compliant sessions • Organized, timely, and able to manage documentation independently • Prior outpatient or telehealth experience strongly preferred Compensation & Structure •
$50–$65 per session , depending on session type, experience and modality specialization. • 1099 Independent Contractor • Payment tied to documentation completion + received funds • Malpractice insurance required • Higher-rate opportunities available for specialty treatment areas What MSCC Provides • Steady referrals + marketing pipeline • Fully supported EHR and telehealth platform . Free CEU's and educational/training opportunities • Administrative + billing support (claims, invoicing, scheduling) • Documentation standards + templates for efficiency • Collaborative, wellness-oriented practice culture • Optional supervision + leadership avenues as we expand Schedule & Work Environment • Fully remote + fully flexible scheduling • Part-time with potential to build toward full-time • Minimum ~10 clients/week preferred with growth space • Evening/weekend availability optional but welcomed
