We're looking for an Equipment and Facilities Maintenance Coordinator to lead our preventative maintenance efforts, ensure machine uptime, and keep our facility running at peak performance.

What You'll Do: Develop and manage preventative maintenance (PM) schedules for CNC machines, support equipment, and facility infrastructure Respond to equipment breakdowns, diagnose root causes, and coordinate timely repairs Oversee internal and external maintenance activities, including subcontractor management Perform or coordinate general facility repairs (lighting, HVAC, plumbing, carpentry) Maintain inventory of critical spare parts and maintenance supplies Track and report on PM compliance, machine uptime, and repair costs Lead safety initiatives, audits, and training programs Support 5S and continuous improvement projects What We Offer: Competitive pay Health, Dental, and Vision Insurance 401(k) with company match Tuition Reimbursement 10 Paid Holidays + PTO Life Insurance & Short/Long-Term Disability What We're Looking For: 5+ years of industrial maintenance experience, including CNC equipment and facility upkeep Strong mechanical aptitude with knowledge of pneumatic, hydraulic, and electrical systems Ability to read mechanical and electrical schematics Experience with maintenance software and documentation Comfortable using power tools and performing light fabrication Excellent communication, coordination, and organizational skills High School Diploma or GED required; Technical diploma or Associate's Degree preferred
