Summary: We are seeking a highly experienced Salesforce Project Manager to lead end-to-end Salesforce initiatives. This onsite role requires strong leadership, strategic planning, and hands-on expertise across Salesforce clouds to ensure seamless project delivery and business process optimization.
Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage Salesforce implementation projects from initiation to closure. Collaborate with business stakeholders to define project scope, goals, and deliverables. Create and maintain comprehensive project plans, schedules, and budgets. Coordinate with internal teams and third-party vendors for smooth execution. Track project progress and make adjustments to meet goals and deadlines. Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks and issues proactively. Conduct regular project status meetings and share updates with leadership. Ensure compliance with organizational standards, policies, and best practices. Mentor and guide team members to support performance and professional growth.
Required Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field. 15+ years of Salesforce project management experience. Strong knowledge of Salesforce products (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud). Exceptional leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills. Expertise in project management tools and methodologies.
Preferred Qualifications: PMP, PMI-ACP, or similar certifications. Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments. Knowledge of other CRM platforms is an added advantage.
