Overview: Our client, a leading organization in the telecom space, is looking for a Business Systems Analyst to join their IT team and support high-impact projects across their Salesforce ecosystem and integrated platforms. This role partners closely with business, product, and engineering teams to define requirements, streamline processes, and contribute to a better customer and operational experience for their business services group. This opportunity is ideal for a BSA who enjoys bridging business and technology, thrives in Agile environments, and is comfortable working on complex system and data integrations. This is a hybrid position based in St. Louis with long-term project visibility.
Primary Responsibilities and Skills:
Agile/Delivery Strong experience working within Agile and Scrum methodologies. Ability to write clear, concise User Stories and define/validate requirements. Ensure User Stories adhere to INVEST or other modern best practices. Conduct impact analysis on systems, users, projects, and dependencies. Provide and receive constructive feedback in support of continuous improvement. Independently research topics using available tools and documentation.
Business & Technical Facilitation Serve as a liaison between technical teams and business stakeholders. Effectively manage stakeholders with competing priorities and needs. Coordinate and organize all communication strands across a project lifecycle.
Technical & Platform Knowledge Salesforce experience, with understanding of the SF data structure. MuleSoft experience (integration platform). Experience with systems integration projects. Wireframing skills for conceptual UI/UX representation.
Software Skills Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, etc.).
Preferred Qualifications:
Modeling & Workflow Design Experience with Business Process Modeling Notation (BPMN). Ability to create clear as-is / to-be process flows showing system and user impacts. Experience with MS Visio or Lucidchart for diagramming/BPMN.
Project & System Tools Jira project management experience. Experience with integration work involving: ICOMS CSG
