Responsibilities

Creating and maintaining functional documentation.

Daily work with the creation of user stories and their refinement.

Working with the business to gather requirements and translate them into solutions in Salesforce.

Preparing functional designs for new functionalities.

Supporting the development team in the implementation of solutions.

Participation in workshops and project meetings with stakeholders.

Basic support in testing of prepared solutions.

Requirements

Minimum 3 years of experience in the analytics area in Salesforce‑based projects.

Good knowledge of Sales, Service and Experience Cloud.

Ability to gather requirements, create documentation and estimate analytical work.

Practical knowledge of UML/BPMN notation or other business process modeling methods.

Experience in conducting customer workshops and working with stakeholders.

Self‑reliance, good work organization and ability to operate without detailed guidance.

Communication skills and ease of finding oneself in a large team.

Knowledge of the English language to the extent that you can communicate freely in business – min. B2.

Residence in Poland required and fluency in Polish language.
