We are seeking a Packaging Supervisor to lead our 2nd shift operations in a fast-paced food manufacturing environment. This role is critical in ensuring compliance with company policies, cGMPs, and Standard Operating Procedures while driving efficiency, safety, and quality across packaging lines.

Key Responsibilities Supervise packaging operations to meet production schedules and maintain product quality. Ensure compliance with company policies, cGMPs, and SOPs. Lead and mentor team members, fostering accountability and continuous improvement. Monitor workflow and resolve issues to minimize downtime. Support safety and sanitation programs to uphold regulatory standards. Collaborate cross-functionally with production, quality, and maintenance teams.
Requirements Food manufacturing industry experience is required. Strong knowledge of cGMPs and SOPs. Proven ability to manage and motivate teams in a high-volume environment. Flexibility to work 2nd shift and adapt to production demands. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
