As a
Registered Dental Hygienist
with All Smiles Dental Care, you will work a full schedule of Mondays and Fridays (6:30 AM – 3:15 PM), giving you long, uninterrupted weekends and time for the things that matter most to you.
You will make a real difference to your patients’ confidence, knowing they feel comfortable, informed and well cared for. You will have a voice in the way we improve and plan our services, rather than feeling like just another number.

Key Responsibilities: Deliver gentle, thorough cleanings, scaling, root planing, and polishing. Conduct oral cancer screenings, periodontal charting, and radiographs. Apply sealants, fluoride, and preventive treatments. Review and update patient medical and dental histories. Educate patients on oral hygiene and nutrition. Maintain a clean, well-organised operatory following OSHA and HIPAA protocols. Work closely with the dentist and wider team. Take part in team meetings, CE sessions, and planning discussions.
