Wave Bye helps women take control of their menstrual cycles through OB/GYN-developed, non-hormonal treatments designed to reduce pain, regulate cycles, and improve the period experience.
Founded by Dr. Margo Harrison, MD, MPH, an OB/GYN trained at Yale, Hopkins, and Columbia, Wave Bye exists to give women back the seven years of life lost to managing menstrual symptoms.
Alongside our complementary consumer-health products (Bye Cramps, Bye Bad Cramps, Bye Irregularity), Wave Bye is building the first integrated menstrual-health platform, uniting: FDA-regulated pharmaceutical innovation Digital cycle tracking and personalization Evidence-based clinical care pathways

Job Summary
Wave Bye is seeking distinguished leaders to serve as Members of the Board of Governors, a highly selective advisory and governance body that will help shape Wave Bye’s long-term strategic direction, enterprise integration, economic impact modeling, and category-defining evolution.
This role is designed for accomplished executives, founders, investors, health-system leaders, and mission-aligned high-net-worth individuals who understand how innovation transitions from early-stage success to large-scale market adoption.
Board of Governors members will contribute strategic oversight in the areas of: national commercialization payer and employer strategies enterprise partnerships category creation regulatory and scientific alignment capital strategy and organizational design
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Market & Enterprise Guidance Provide high-level direction on commercialization pathways across consumer, employer, payer, and health-system channels. Advise on pricing models, market framing, category leadership, and competitive positioning. Payer, Employer & System Partnerships Support introductions to employers, payers, health systems, benefit managers, and digital-health partners. Guide partnership structure and long-term enterprise contracting strategy. Regulatory & Evidence Alignment Give strategic input on how clinical, scientific, and economic evidence should be positioned for enterprise adoption and payer validation. Support Wave Bye’s approach to real-world evidence, FDA-aligned endpoints, and health economics modeling. Governance & Organizational Growth Advise on organizational scale, executive hiring, operational frameworks, and growth-stage priorities. Provide insight on capital strategy, investor alignment, and governance milestones. Category Creation & Influence Help define Wave Bye’s position as the leader of a new therapeutic category in women’s health. Shape messaging and thought leadership to elevate the category in enterprise and regulatory spheres.
