Wave Bye helps women take control of their menstrual cycles through OB/GYN-developed, non-hormonal treatments designed to reduce pain, regulate cycles, and improve the period experience.
Founded by Dr. Margo Harrison, MD, MPH, an OB/GYN trained at Yale, Hopkins, and Columbia, Wave Bye exists to give women back the seven years of life lost to managing menstrual symptoms.
Alongside our complementary consumer-health products (Bye Cramps, Bye Bad Cramps, Bye Irregularity), Wave Bye is building the first integrated menstrual-health platform, uniting:

Job Summary
Wave Bye is seeking experienced executives, healthcare strategists, digital-health operators, and commercialization leaders to join its
Advisory Board . Advisors will help shape Wave Bye’s:
market strategy payer and employer pathways enterprise partnerships commercialization models FDA-aligned evidence roadmap long-term category positioning
This role is ideal for leaders who understand how innovation scales within healthcare systems, regulated markets, and enterprise channels and who can advise on reducing one of the largest avoidable cost burdens affecting the workforce.
Key Responsibilities
Market & Commercial Strategy Advise on GTM strategy across consumer, clinical, employer, and payer markets. Help refine pricing, value propositions, contracting models, and long-term commercialization pathways. Provide insight on category creation, segmentation, and competitive positioning.
Enterprise & Payer Partnerships Support introductions to health systems, payers, employers, digital-health platforms, women’s-health organizations, and benefit managers. Help structure partnership models that demonstrate economic ROI.
Regulatory & Evidence Alignment Provide strategic guidance on how clinical and economic evidence should be positioned for employers, payers, and FDA-adjacent stakeholders. Support development of real-world evidence frameworks and health-economic models.
Organizational & Operational Growth Advise on leadership development, operations strategy, resource prioritization, and execution planning as Wave Bye scales. Contribute insight on fundraising strategy, investor alignment, and organizational design.
Ideal Candidates
We’re seeking senior leaders with backgrounds such as: Healthcare executives (CEO, COO, CMO, CSO, VP Strategy, VP Clinical, VP Market Access) Leaders from pharma, life sciences, or consumer health Operators from payers, TPAs, PBMs, or employer-benefits organizations Digital-health founders and former startup operators Healthcare investors with commercialization or go-to-market expertise Health-system executives overseeing innovation, women’s health, or employer strategy
Preferred Experience 10+ years in healthcare leadership, commercialization, strategy, or product scaling Experience launching FDA-regulated or clinically validated products Understanding of payer economics, employer contracting, or value-based care Track record creating partnerships across health systems, payers, or digital-health ecosystems Familiarity with women’s health, pain, therapeutics, or population health initiatives (preferred, not required)
