Job Description
The Warehouse Manager oversees all warehouse operations including receiving, inventory management, staging, quality control, and outbound shipping for high-volume cabinetry and building materials. This role ensures accuracy, efficiency, safety, and on-time deliveries to large job sites. Responsibilities include supervising warehouse staff, coordinating logistics, maintaining inventory systems, enforcing safety protocols, and reducing loss and damage. The Warehouse Manager works closely with production and project management teams to meet tight construction deadlines.
Requirements
5+ years of warehouse or logistics management experience, preferably within manufacturing or construction materials. Strong leadership, inventory control, and logistical planning skills. Forklift certification a plus.
Qualifications
High school diploma required; associate’s or bachelor’s degree in logistics, operations, or supply chain preferred.
