Associate Technology Solution Sales Director –eQMS (SmartSolve) The Associate Technology Solution Sales Director will focus on promoting

electronic Quality Management System (eQMS – SmartSolve)

and

quality consulting services

as part of the Go‑To‑Market (GTM) strategy. They will drive sales for strategic offerings within the

Quality Center of Excellence (COE) , targeting new clients in the MedTech and/or Pharma sectors and managing complex sales cycles to grow revenue after a 20% increase in bookings last year.

Essential Functions

Promote SmartSolve eQMS and quality consulting services to prospective clients.

Develop new business through prospecting, relationship‑building, consultative selling and negotiation of high‑value contracts.

Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to create and execute targeted sales strategies.

Build and maintain deep, lasting relationships with key stakeholders in the MedTech and Pharma industries.

Drive revenue growth by identifying and closing new business opportunities.

Deliver quality compliance consulting services that help clients align with regulatory requirements and industry best practices.

Partner with clients to implement integrated quality strategies across the product lifecycle.

Focus exclusively on new business and new account acquisition.

Lead acquisition of high‑profile clients and pursue large, strategic deals to meet revenue and profit goals.

Conduct needs assessments, deliver compelling sales presentations, negotiate terms, and close deals.

Create strategies to expand the client base within defined market segments.

Manage large, complex, high‑visibility, strategically important accounts.

Identify incremental opportunities in new or existing accounts.

Provide product and service feedback to the development team with a total solutions mindset.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree with 5–8 years of relevant SaaS sales experience in the life sciences.

Comprehensive knowledge of compliance, regulatory and quality management processes.

Proven track record of sales growth and exceeding targets.

Strong consultative sales approach, able to solve client business challenges.

Deep understanding of the MedTech and/or Pharmaceutical industry landscape.

Excellent presentation, communication and writing skills.

Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast‑paced environment.

Success in identifying and closing new business opportunities.

Results‑driven with a proactive and strategic mindset.

Skill in developing positive relationships across client organizations and internal teams.

The potential base pay range for this role, when annualized, is $89,600.00 – $249,600.00. Actual base pay may vary based on qualifications, location and other factors; incentive plans, bonuses and other benefits may also be offered.
