Position Overview We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate
Licensed Therapist
to join our Outpatient Facility team in Carlsbad, CA. This position offers flexibility in scheduling while providing the opportunity to make a meaningful impact in the lives of individuals seeking support for their mental health and recovery journey.
Responsibilities Conduct
1:1 individual therapy sessions
tailored to client's needs. Complete
intake sessions
to gather client history and establish therapeutic goals. Perform
clinical assessments
and formulate treatment plans. Document progress notes and maintain accurate, timely clinical records in accordance with program standards. Collaborate with the treatment team to support client progress and continuity of care.
Qualifications Active licensure in California as an
LMFT, LCSW, LPCC, or Psychologist . Previous experience working in outpatient or intensive outpatient settings preferred. Strong clinical assessment, diagnostic, and documentation skills. Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with a multidisciplinary team. Compassionate, professional, and committed to supporting client growth and recovery.
