Gate One
In this role you will be responsible for:
Leading and managing major and complex transformation programs, applying consulting expertise and deep subject matter expertise in customer strategy and marketing transformation
Leading, nurturing, and managing client relationships, operating confidently and credibly with client stakeholders at CMO level
Managing key accounts and playing a major role in the development of new business
Acting in a leadership capacity with our growing team in New York, as a member
Mentoring and growing more junior team members
You will have gained
significant consulting experience working in a recognised management consultancy business
and are most likely already operating at Principal/Senior Manager grade. In addition you will be able to demonstrate:
Significant and credible experience leading complex business transformation programs, with deep specialism and credibility within customer strategy and marketing transformation.
Consulting capability that includes experience in: Target Operating Model, Change Management, Digital Transformation, Customer Experience and Project & Programme Management
A proven track record in business development, with the ability to grow accounts and generate revenue from new business opportunities. Experience of selling management consulting services is essential.
Desire to contribute to the business plan and lead internal initiatives
Strong leadership capability, which includes prior experience of leading and coaching consulting teams.

Additionally, we offer an uncapped sales bonus to all Gate One employees. For this role, the base salary is $220,000.
