About the Role We’re looking for a

proven sales hunter

to help us expand and scale our IT Consulting Services business in the US. If you live and breathe sales, thrive on chasing big opportunities, and love closing complex deals, this role is for you.

As our

Director of Sales , you’ll drive new business across

Data, Cloud, Product Engineering, and QA services . You’ll partner closely with leadership and marketing, build targeted account strategies, and go after enterprise logos with a relentless, account-based approach. This is a quota-carrying role -

$2M+ annually

- and we’re looking for someone who doesn’t just hit targets, but consistently

blows past them .

What You’ll Do

Hunt new business:

Identify, engage, and close enterprise accounts for IT consulting and software services.

Own the quota:

Carry and exceed a $2M+ annual target, building a healthy, predictable pipeline.

Build strategies:

Collaborate with leadership and marketing to define ICPs, design account-based plays, and craft go-to-market messaging.

Get in the room:

Travel to client sites, conferences, and industry events to generate leads and build executive relationships.

Sell consultatively:

Position our Data, Cloud, Product, and QA offerings with clarity and business impact.

Stay sharp:

Keep ahead of market trends, customer needs, and competitor moves.

What We’re Looking For

10+ years

selling IT consulting and software services.

Proven track record of

exceeding $2M+ annual quotas .

Deep expertise in

Data, Cloud, Product Engineering, and QA services .

Understanding of AI and GenAI capabilities and ability to provide additional value to customers through these capabilities

Strong network of enterprise customers and decision-makers in the US.

True hunter mindset: you know how to prospect, open doors, and close complex deals.

Experience building and executing

account-based sales strategies .

Strong communication, negotiation, and storytelling skills.

Willingness to travel where the business is -

client sites, conferences, and events .

Also Preferred

Background selling into

Insurance, Financial Services, Non-profit, Healthcare, or Tech

industries.

Experience at fast-growing IT consulting firms or global IT partners.

Comfort with building deals from scratch and working in less-structured, start-up environments.
