St Jude’s Health Care Group is a trusted provider of Aged Care, Allied Health and Disability Services, established in 1982. With a strong reputation built over four decades and as a purpose-driven organisation, we operate with a clear philosophy: we do not provide any service that isn’t good enough for our own families. Our work is grounded in respect, integrity, commitment, and genuine partnerships with the individuals and communities we support.

Care is delivered purposefully, always seeking to empower clients to live safely and comfortably in their own homes, with dignity, self‑determination, and respect for their individual needs and preferences.

Ensure a client‑focused approach, embedding excellent customer service into all clinical care and support
Provide safe, effective, and evidence‑based clinical care in line with professional scope of practice
Support clients to maintain independence, dignity, and quality of life in their own homes
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to coordinate and optimise client care
This role is being hired on a permanent part-time basis.
Skills, Attributes and Experience The ideal candidates will have significant experience providing clinical care in home or community‑based settings and a strong understanding of the needs of clients living independently or transitioning to additional support at home. They will be familiar with relevant legislation, standards, and quality frameworks for home care services. Experience in managing complex care needs, including clients with chronic conditions or cognitive impairment, is highly valued. Our Home Care Registered Nurses provide leadership within the care team, including mentoring and supervising staff, supporting clients and families, and driving continuous improvement in service delivery.
