Veterinary Receptionist

Animal Dermatology Group (ADG) is the largest veterinary dermatology business in the U.S., providing the highest quality of specialty care to pets with acute and chronic skin conditions. ADG has over 40 locations nationwide and more than 80 doctors supporting the medical team. They strive to lead in clinical practice, research, and education in our field. In addition to providing advanced, dermatology‑specialized care to patients and supporting general practice veterinarians, ADG participates in drug/product development and clinical trials. Duties

• Client service
• Answer phone calls
• Take accurate messages and book appointments
• Maintain charts and computer records

Education & Physical Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Must have experience working in the public (e.g., restaurant, retail or service business)
• Experience in a veterinary hospital or doctor’s office is a plus
• Dependable attendance is required
• Must be able to lift 40 pounds
• Ability to walk, bend, squat, stand or reach constantly during a minimum 8‑hour day
