Insure Technology is seeking a driven, people-centric Technical Recruiter to join our growing team in Buckhead! What You’ll Do

• Own the full recruitment lifecycle for technical roles with Fortune 500 clients across North America, from sourcing and screening to offer management and placement
• Build meaningful, long-term relationships with the top IT Professionals in the market, rooted in trust, transparency, and professionalism
• Partner closely with Account Executives to understand client needs, team culture, and hiring priorities
• Proactively source top talent through creative outreach, networking, referrals, and market research
• Maintain clean, accurate reporting and pipeline data within Bullhorn (ATS/CRM)
• Collaborate with the recruiting team to share insights, strategies, and best practices

What You’ll Bring

• 1–3 years of agency recruiting experience (technology recruiting is ideal but all backgrounds welcome to apply)
• Strong communication skills and the ability to quickly build rapport with candidates and stakeholders
• A self-starter mindset; comfortable running your own desk, prioritizing independently, and taking initiative
• Positive energy, a growth mindset, and a genuine passion for helping people navigate their careers
• Ability to work full-time on-site in our Buckhead, Atlanta office

Location: Buckhead, Atlanta, GA
Salary: $158,000.00 – $235,000.00 per year
