The Receptionist & Administrative Support Associate is a highly motivated individual committed to delivering exceptional service to both internal and external clients. The Associate will maintain a professional and welcoming environment, be responsive to diverse client needs, and proactively support the success of the Customer Contact Service department.

This position follows a Monday through Friday schedule: Monday 10‑6 pm, Tuesday‑Friday 8‑4 pm. The role reports five days in the office at our Boston location.

Essential Functions And Responsibilities

  • Deliver outstanding service by addressing client concerns, researching solutions, and taking ownership through to resolution.
  • Manage the operation of the switchboard and appropriately direct incoming calls.
  • Perform daily administrative tasks including document indexing, tracking and sorting subpoenas, coordinating department celebrations, and assisting with high-priority projects.
  • Train team members who will provide backup support for reception responsibilities.
  • Support customer inquiries by consistently identifying and executing “Yes” opportunities during each interaction.
  • Demonstrate schedule flexibility to provide coverage during unforeseen gaps, including support for executive staff during absences.

Qualities & Education

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast‑paced environment.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and analytical skills.
  • Strong research, organizational, and problem‑solving abilities.
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • Minimum of 2 years of professional work experience.

Salary Range: $41,500 – $55,500 a year. Actual compensation will vary based on multiple factors, including employee knowledge and experience, role scope, business needs, geographical location, and internal equity.
