Job Description Actively hiring a passionate Paralegal to join our firm! We are a leading Intellectual Property Law firm in Miami dedicated to protecting the innovations and creative works of our clients. Our dynamic team is committed to excellence and providing top-tier legal services. Position Overview: We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Paralegal to join our team. The ideal candidate will support our attorneys in various aspects of intellectual property law, including patents, trademarks, copyrights, and trade secrets. Key Responsibilities: Assist attorneys with the preparation and filing of patent and trademark applications. Conduct legal research and gather relevant documentation for cases. Draft and review legal documents, correspondence, and reports. Maintain and organize case files and databases. Communicate with clients, opposing counsel, and government agencies as necessary. Manage deadlines and ensure adherence to legal procedures and compliance. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree and/or Paralegal Certificate from an accredited program. 2+ years of experience as a Paralegal, preferably in Intellectual Property law. Strong knowledge of legal terminology and procedures related to IP. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office and legal research software.
