Description
Prepare detailed cost estimates for construction projects, including labor, materials, and equipment.
Analyze project plans, specifications, and documents to identify potential cost-saving opportunities.
Collaborate with project managers, architects, and clients to ensure estimates align with project goals.
Source and evaluate subcontractor bids for accuracy and competitiveness.
Monitor and update project budgets throughout the construction lifecycle.
Maintain a database of historical cost information for reference and benchmarking.
Provide insights and recommendations to support decision-making and improve project outcomes.
Stay informed about market trends, material costs, and industry developments.

Profile A successful Estimator should have:
