What You'll Do
Investigate wage and hour claims under Washington law
Draft PAGA notices, complaints, motions, and discovery
Argue motions and appear in court
Prepare for and take depositions
Supervise case progress and support staff
Conduct legal research using platforms like LexisNexis
What You Bring
Hands-on experience in wage and hour or class action litigation
Skill in managing discovery and drafting litigation documents independently
Courtroom experience, including motion work
Comfort using modern legal tools like Lawyaw and Google Workspace
Strong writing, organization, and communication skills
Compensation & Benefits
Base salary: $125,000 to $200,000, DOE
Annual performance-based bonuses starting in year two
401(k) with employer contributions
Health and dental insurance
Training in San Diego
Schedule
Full-time: Monday to Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
No nights or weekends
Salary Range:
$125,000 - $200,000
