Base Pay Range $130,000.00 – $180,000.00 per year

Position Overview A highly regarded midsize law firm in Stamford, CT is seeking an experienced Trusts & Estates Attorney for its full‑time, fully on‑site practice. The ideal candidate will have 5 – 7 years of dedicated Trusts & Estates experience, a strong foundation in estate planning and administration, and the ability to work directly with high‑net‑worth individuals and business owners. The firm is targeting a start date by early 2026, though a qualified candidate may start immediately.

Key Responsibilities

Draft and prepare trust agreements, wills, and related estate planning documents

Handle probate proceedings from start to finish

Administer revocable and irrevocable trusts

Work with high‑net‑worth individuals, families, and closely held business owners

Maintain a high level of professionalism and client service

Qualifications

5‑7 years of relevant Trusts & Estates experience

CT Bar admission required

Candidates in the process of waiving into CT will also be considered

NY Bar admission is a strong plus

Solid drafting skills and the ability to manage matters independently

Excellent communication and client‑facing ability

Compensation & Benefits

$130,000 – $180,000 base salary, depending on experience
