The Estate & Trust group provides comprehensive estate planning, probate, and trust administration services across Maryland, Virginia, and Washington, D.C. The team advises individuals and families on tailored planning strategies and represents fiduciaries and beneficiaries throughout all stages of estate and trust administration. Key Responsibilities
Draft estate planning documents, including wills, trusts, powers of attorney, and advance medical directives. Advise clients on complex trust and tax planning matters. Represent fiduciaries and beneficiaries throughout estate administration. Manage client relationships with professionalism and care. Required Qualifications
J.D. from an accredited law school and admission to the Maryland Bar (DC and/or VA Bar preferred). Minimum of 5 years of experience in estate and trust law, including estate administration. Strong drafting, analytical, and communication skills. Experience handling estate and trust administration for estates of various sizes. Demonstrated ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment. Seniority Level
