Responsibilities
Team Introduction: The Monetization Office is the strategic team of Douyin Group, providing support for Douyin Group's various business lines from the perspectives of strategy, user research, data science, and macro research. The team helps business grow more healthily and steadily at all stages, becoming the most reliable strategic partner.
Assist the team in conducting external industry research related to global e-commerce, including market trend analysis and major competitor benchmarking.
Based on key project topics, perform data analysis on TikTok Shop and identify critical bottlenecks hindering business development.
From both user and merchant perspectives, conduct experience analysis and customer research on TikTok Shop’s existing products, compare with external products, and extract key insights to support business growth.
Support the communication and coordination of key priorities for the management team.
Qualifications
Solid desk research foundation in data analysis, strong data sensitivity, and prior e‑commerce or related industry experience (e.g., business analysis, user research) is preferred.
Excellent ability to collect and organize external information, and to distill key facts from complex data or materials.
High levels of written and oral fluency in Mandarin and English is required to effectively communicate and collaborate across regions, including teams based in Mainland China.

Compensation and Benefits: Base salary range $118,560 – $209,380 annually. Employees have day one access to medical, dental, and vision insurance, a 401(k) savings plan with company match, paid parental leave, short‑term and long‑term disability coverage, life insurance, wellbeing benefits, 10 paid holidays, 10 paid sick days, and 17 days of paid personal time. Additional bonuses, incentives, and restricted stock units may also be available.
