versatile Associate Attorney
with strong civil litigation skills to join our team.
About the Role The ideal candidate will have experience in
employment law or personal injury litigation
and be comfortable handling cases from start to finish.
Workers’ compensation experience is a plus but not required — we are willing to train.
Responsibilities
Draft and respond to pleadings, discovery, and motions
Handle court appearances, hearings, and depositions
Manage litigation matters independently under partner supervision
Communicate effectively with clients, opposing counsel, and courts
Assist with cases in employment law, personal injury, and workers’ compensation
Qualifications
Active
California Bar license
in good standing
1–8 years of litigation experience
preferred
Strong writing, research, and analytical skills
Excellent communication and time-management abilities
Ability to work independently and as part of a small team
