Associate General Counsel We seek a highly qualified Associate General Counsel to join our client's legal team and lead in managing litigation legal matters. This is an excellent opportunity to work for a company that values innovation, collaboration, and a commitment to excellence.

Base pay range $180,000.00/yr - $210,000.00/yr (actual pay based on skills and experience)

Responsibilities

Manage a high volume of litigation cases

Provide legal guidance to the corporate operations team

Work closely with outside counsel

Analyze company exposures and risks

Qualifications

At least ten years of litigation experience

Some experience in employment law would be preferred

Active TN license (or eligible for TN license)

E-discovery experience is required

Desire to be a part of a collaborative team

Location & Work Arrangement In-office position in Nashville area. Some flexibility offered. Applicants must be willing to live in or relocate quickly to Nashville.
