What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):

Assist in the planning and execution of promotional marketing campaigns focusing on in‑store signage and field support

Collaborate with designers and copywriters to develop marketing materials in alignment with strategic objectives

Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure timely execution of promotional activities

Create communications for Store Operations and assist in organizing promotional in‑store events

Analyze campaign performance data and prepare reports with insights for optimization

What is Required (Qualifications):

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field

Minimum of 5 years of experience in marketing or promotional roles

Proven experience in developing and executing marketing principles and promotional strategies

Strong project management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

Proficient in Microsoft Suite, Google Docs, Adobe Acrobat, Figma, Asana, and Dropbox

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):

Experience managing promotional events and activities

Detail‑oriented with a proven ability to manage complex projects with multiple stakeholders

Strong problem‑solving skills and ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment
