Job Description RH is seeking a dynamic
Senior Cash Analyst
to support our corporate accounting team. As a key member of the corporate accounting team, you will be responsible for the accounting and oversight of RH’s cash activity while supporting initiatives that enhance the accuracy and efficiency of general accounting processes.
Your Responsibilities
Execute accurate and timely journal entries and reconciliations for cash and related transactions
Collaborate with Accounting, Treasury, and Finance to ensure accurate reporting and compliance for complex cash transactions, including international banking, foreign exchange, and intercompany transactions
Investigate and resolve transactional or reconciliation discrepancies using effective problem‑solving and communications skills
Identify and contribute to process improvement initiatives to streamline workflows, automate routine tasks, and strengthen data integrity
Apply strong Excel skills, including pivot tables, lookups, and advanced formulas, to analyze large data sets and support financial reporting
Support internal and external audit requests, and contribute to cross‑functional projects
Our Requirements
3+ years of accounting experience; public company or PCAOB audit experience preferred
Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Accounting or related area (e.g., Finance, Economics) required; Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or equivalent qualification preferred or in process
Demonstrated experience and expertise in preparing journal entries and reconciliations
Well‑organized, analytical, and adaptable, effectively managing multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment
Strong project management skills, consistently meeting deadlines with a high degree of accuracy
Highly detail‑oriented, balancing precision with understanding of broader business impacts
Proficiency with Oracle, SAP, or other ERP financial systems
Physical Requirements
Comfortable working in the office Monday through Friday, based out of our headquarters in Corte Madera, CA
Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer
Lift and carry up to 10 pounds as needed (such as files, laptops, or office materials)
