What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
Develop and implement strategies to identify business opportunities and maximize sales potential within the FIT & Wholesale segment
Maintain and strengthen relationships with key accounts while generating new business
Analyze market segments to ensure top‑line revenue is maximized through appropriate initiatives
Create and present promotional rates, packages, and programs tailored to market segment needs
Stay informed about industry trends and assess the impact on hotel operations
What is Required (Qualifications)
Minimum of 6 years of experience in proactive direct sales within the FIT/Wholesale market, focusing on multi‑property portfolios
Bachelor's degree in Travel Industry Management, Sales & Marketing, Business Management, or equivalent experience
Proficient in Microsoft Office, SharePoint, and Teams, with advanced skills in Excel and PowerPoint
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong time management skills with the ability to handle multiple accounts and deadlines
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
Intimate knowledge of the Hawaiian Islands and destination marketing
Proven ability to cultivate business relationships and develop new opportunities
Demonstrated expertise in the contracting process and distribution channels
