Job Overview You will be the primary point of contact for resident and client communication, lease renewals, rent delinquency follow‑up, and daily coordination to ensure our properties run smoothly.
Responsibilities
Serve as primary point of contact for resident and client communication.
Handle lease renewals and rent delinquency follow‑ups.
Coordinate daily operations to maintain smooth property function.
Provide excellent customer service and support to residents and clients.
Qualifications
Positive attitude, ownership mindset, and willingness to learn.
Strong communication skills and organizational abilities.
Experience in property management or related field is a plus but not required.
Compensation Hourly Rate:
$18 - $23.50
