Outpatient Therapist - Fee For Service In this Outpatient Therapist position there is an opportunity to work in a hybrid or virtual work setting. This is a per diem / fee for service position. A minimum of 10 hours per week is required with the opportunity to work up to 40 hours per week.

Our medical staff consists of psychiatrists who average 20 years of practice at our facility, providing a solid and trusted foundation for our patient‑focused approach to behavioral healthcare. We are an important community resource for a wide range of vital behavioral healthcare services. We treat primary psychiatric and substance abuse disorders and constantly strive to meet the needs of our communities with treatment that addresses individualized behavioral health needs. We stand ready to provide compassionate care through inpatient treatment and a strong continuum of aftercare services, community‑based programs, and day treatment.

Compensation: USD $35.57/Hr. – USD $48.07/Hr.

Preferred Qualifications

Licensed and Licensed Eligible (LCSW, LICSW, LMHC, LMFT) Mental Health Clinicians for our outpatient clinic.

Experience with Children and Adolescents.

Dual Diagnosis.

Spanish Speaking providers.

Adult Outpatient experience.

Responsibilities

Provide individual, family and group therapy sessions.

Support clients through collaboration with other medical service providers, state agencies, other mental health services (including crisis services), and other community agencies and resources.

Individuals are responsible for managing their own schedule.

Qualifications

Master’s Degree in Social Work or Counseling. Degree must be eligible for Massachusetts clinical licensure.

Eligibility for licensure is required.

Current LCSW, LICSW, LMHC, LMFT, or PHD preferred.

Current Massachusetts resident required.
