Job Summary

Registered Nurse (RN) responsible for assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating nursing care for a designated group of healthcare consumers across the continuum. Provides professional nursing care and interventions to acutely ill adult patient populations, serving all age groups with an understanding of functional and developmental needs. Responsibilities

Assess patient/family health problems and resources, leading the development and outcomes evaluation of nursing care plans. Provide professional nursing care and interventions to acutely ill adult patients, demonstrating consistency with the organization’s core values. Support the organization’s strategic plan and hospital-wide performance improvement initiatives. Qualifications

Associate’s Degree in Nursing (Bachelor’s preferred). Two (2) years of acute care nursing experience and two (2) years of specialty nursing experience. RN licensure in AZ or Compact. American Heart Association BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications. Location
