Systems Analyst – KloudGin Work Management
Seeking a Systems Analyst to support and configure the
KloudGin Work Management / FSM
solution. Role includes requirement gathering, process analysis, system configuration, testing, troubleshooting, and user support.

Responsibilities
Gather requirements and support system design/configuration.
Analyze workflows and recommend improvements.
Execute testing, troubleshoot issues, and support changes.
Provide user training and work with technical teams to resolve system problems.
Qualifications
Hands‑on experience configuring
KloudGin Work Management .
3+ years as a Systems Analyst (preferably in
FSM ).
Experience implementing/supporting FSM solutions in utilities or regulated environments.
Knowledge of APIs, integration, data migration, and mobile technologies.
Familiarity with SDLC, cloud/SaaS, FSM analytics, SAP PM, Esri, SharePoint.
SENIORITY LEVEL Mid‑Senior level
EMPLOYMENT TYPE Contract
LOCATION Sacramento, California
COMPENSATION $6,513.00 – $10,537.00
