We are seeking a leader to drive positive customer support outcomes for all our Life Sciences software offerings. As a
Product Engineering Manager , you will manage a team of Product Engineers, delegate support investigations, and contribute technically to the resolution of customer production system issues across our software install base. You will also champion these issues from original issue report to product release by engaging across the organization in a clear and concise fashion, setting priorities and fostering true understanding of the challenges our customers face.
This position can be located in one of our following offices:
Blue Bell, PA, Durham, NC, Houston, TX, St. Louis, MO, or Round Rock, TX.
In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:
Lead and mentor a team of MES Software Product Engineers to deliver exceptional application support.
Diagnose and troubleshoot customer issues in live production environments, ensuring timely and effective resolutions.
Implement innovative techniques to optimize processes and reduce troubleshooting time.
Collaborate across teams to champion customer priorities and drive improvements through internal processes.
Own and manage customer communications with professionalism and clarity.

For This Role, You Will Need
B.S. Chemical, Biomedical, Software or other related Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
Experience providing technical solutions directly to customers, ideally in troubleshooting software installations.
Strong communication skills for managing complex technical discussions and drafting clear documentation.
Preferred Qualifications That Set You Apart
Previous experience with MES development, test, or implementation.
Solid knowledge of Microsoft SQL Server with ability to understand database schema and read/write/understand SQL queries.
Experience managing technical resources.
System administration or support experience in a Windows environment.
