As a Digital Marketing Strategy Director, you will
own the strategic vision
for our accounts, leveraging your deep expertise in
Analytics ,
Digital CX ,
Martech , and
AI . We move fast, so we need someone who can
lead cross‑functional pods —including
UX ,
Design Systems ,
Demand Gen , and collaborate with technology leads—to ensure the seamless integration of insights into actionable marketing strategies. From initial insight to final presentations, your ability to
guide the analysis of data , assess
ecosystem
performance and craft a strategy into a persuasive story will drive tangible value for our clients and their customers.

Key Tasks & Responsibilities
Serve as the
lead
client‑facing consultant for key accounts within the strategy team, ensuring successful project outcomes, a strong focus on customer experience (CX), data‑driven insights and overall client satisfaction.
Oversee the delivery of
high‑quality insights and strategy materials,
guiding the team in
structuring, analyzing, and synthesizing data from various sources.
Develop and
direct
comprehensive digital analytics strategies to track and measure website performance
and ROI .
Define the usage of
tools like Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, and other data visualization tools to gather actionable insights
(moving beyond reporting to business intelligence) .
Develop KPI frameworks to monitor, analyze, and report on website metrics, providing
high‑level
recommendations to enhance digital marketing strategies.
Orchestrate collaboration with
Experience Build
and technology teams to ensure strategy aligns with martech recommendations,
Design System scalability , and the implementation of digital solutions.
Identify opportunities to introduce "Marketing as a Service" (MaaS) workflows to clients to automate low‑value tasks and improve efficiency.
Desired Skills & Experience
8+
years of experience in a strategy role or similar, including CX Strategy, Product Strategy, Advertising Strategy, or Digital Strategy.
5+
years of experience with a strong focus on digital marketing, marketing ops, data and analytics.
Proven experience consulting with
senior
clients, providing strategic guidance and building strong client relationships.
Agency experience leading digital marketing initiatives that drive measurable results
(specifically within Demand Gen or Ecosystem builds) .
Strong analytical skills and
oversight experience
with web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics).
Experience with martech tools and technologies, including CMS, CRM systems, and marketing automation.
Ability to apply strategic thinking to solve complex problems, including ecosystem mapping, KPI framework development, stakeholder profiling, and customer journey mapping.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with strong presentation abilities
(capable of presenting to C‑Suite) .
Experience crafting visually appealing and impactful presentations that drive client buy‑in and action.
Creative thinker with a data‑driven
and AI‑forward
mindset.
Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
