Qualified candidates will bring at least five years of commercial contracting experience or a minimum of two years working in a corporate legal department. Preference will be given to candidates with at least two years of law firm experience drafting and negotiating contracts. Responsibilities
Draft, review, and negotiate commercial contracts including MSAs, licensing agreements, IT agreements, and SaaS contracts. Collaborate with clients, outside counsel, in‑house teams, and administrative personnel to deliver high‑quality commercial contracting support. Work independently while managing competing deadlines and maintaining strong attention to detail. Communicate effectively with all stakeholders. Qualifications
