Acceler8 Talent is a rapidly expanding tech recruitment agency located in Boston. We are looking for an experienced Senior Recruitment Consultant to join our high‑performing team and support the continued growth of our specialist tech markets.
Responsibilities
Develop and execute candidate attraction strategies for key tech clients.
Win and retain new business with clients across the US.
Build strong relationships with clients and candidates, ensuring excellent commitment.
Manage candidate experience and client control to deliver outstanding service.
Collaborate with the team to drive business expansion and achieve targets.
Qualifications
Proven experience as a Senior Recruitment Consultant with strong billings.
Excellent candidate and client relationship‑building skills.
Strong candidate management and candidate experience skills.
Effective relationship‑builder with strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Highly organised with strong administrative skills.
Ability to work under pressure in a fast‑paced environment and prioritise workload.
