Job Description
As a Principal Consultant, you will be a key player in the consulting team that helps discover and define the problem statement, evaluates the solution options, and makes recommendations. You will plan the configuration activities, configure the product as per the design, conduct conference room pilots, and assist in resolving queries related to requirements and solution design. You will conduct solution/product demonstrations, POC/Proof of Technology workshops and prepare effort estimates that suit the customer budgetary requirements while adhering to the organization’s financial guidelines. You will also support knowledge transfer with the objective of providing value‑adding consulting solutions that enable our clients to meet the changing needs of the global landscape.
Basic Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent from an accredited institution. Consider 3 years of progressive experience in lieu of each year of education.
At least 11 years of experience in Information Technology.
Travel to project/client locations may be required; candidates based in Detroit, MI are preferred.
Authorized to work in the United States without employer‑based visa sponsorship. Infosys does not provide immigration sponsorship for this role.
Preferred Qualifications
At least 11 years of experience in BRIM Convergent Charging implementations; end‑to‑end knowledge of BRIM process flow and client‑facing experience.
Experience upgrading from BRIM 4.0 to 2023 FS03.
Integration with SAP CM for usage data and CITs generation.
Hands‑on experience with SAP Convergent Charging Core tool, Admin tool, Bart tool.
Experience with chargeable item class, pricing macro, charge plan, rating & charging for one‑time, usage and recurring charges, and product cross‑catalog modelling.
Experience mapping and rating tables.
Knowledge of provider contract & subscriber account – billable item mapping & consumption item mapping integration.
3–5 years of end‑to‑end SAP BRIM project experience; order to cash background ideal.
Strong client‑facing, communication skills and familiarity with project implementation methodologies.
Availability to support the client from 8 AM to 5 PM EST.
Ability to work with offshore teams and coordinate delivery between onsite and offshore.
Flexible work timing to accommodate remote work and offshore overlaps twice a day.
The role requires extended periods of sitting and computer work. Communication will be by telephone, e‑mail, or face‑to‑face.
