Job Description This Senior Consultant will join the Strategy and Transformation team within the rapidly growing Digital Solutions practice. You will shape transformation strategy, manage programs, and deliver change initiatives across diverse industries. Your role blends expertise in change management, project management, process analysis, and business analysis to deliver impactful solutions and ensure successful outcomes.

What You Will Do
Develop and execute comprehensive change management strategies aligned to core methodology.
Integrate change management techniques into plans, including stakeholder analysis, readiness assessments, impact analysis, communications, and training.
Advocate to stakeholders on implications of the future state and lead risk mitigation efforts.
Collect and analyze detailed information to provide recommendations on organization impacts.
Manage end‑user training, communications, and follow‑up activities, measuring effectiveness.
Build strong client relationships and support professional development within the firm.
Change Management
Develop and execute stakeholder engagement, sponsorship, and communication plans.
Design future state operating models and define new roles aligned with strategic goals.
Deliver training, communications, and post‑implementation assessments.
Report on effectiveness and adjust plans as needed.
Project Management
Implement project planning from concept through delivery.
Lead design, build, test, and deployment phases.
Coordinate activities, allocate resources, track progress, and manage risks.
Document business cases, requirements, implementation plans, and scope changes.
Facilitate meetings, record notes, and communicate status.
Ensure smooth hand‑offs upon project completion.
Process Analysis & Business Analysis
Elicit requirements through interviews, workshops, and audits.
Analyze process design and functional requirements.
Develop deliverables such as use case diagrams, process flows, and wireframes.
Translate business needs into technical specifications.
Develop and execute test plans, including user acceptance testing.
Recommend process improvements and future state operating models.
Successful Candidates Will Have
Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
At least 2 years of experience in project management, change management, and business analysis; consulting experience preferred.
Strong analytical, organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite; project and portfolio tools (e.g., Smartsheet, Confluence, MS Project, Asana) preferred.
Ability to collaborate, provide exceptional client service, and commit to continuous learning.
Preferred certifications such as PMP, Agile frameworks, Prosci, Lean Six Sigma, or similar.
Experience with full lifecycle application development.
Flexibility to travel and work outside normal hours as required.
Compensation range: $85,910 to $162,890, variable by skills and location.
